  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)

  • Performance metrics (latency, token usage, model selection)

We retain your data according to the following schedule:

  • Account data: Duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion
  • API logs: 90 days by default (configurable by plan; Enterprise customers may request extended or reduced retention)
  • Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years for financial records)
  • Aggregated/anonymized data: May be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement
  • Backup data: Up to 30 days after primary data deletion

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We may share your information with:

5.1 Service Providers

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Clerk: Authentication and identity management
  • Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring
  • Railway: Infrastructure hosting
  • Vercel: Dashboard hosting
  • Modal: ML model hosting

5.2 AI/LLM Providers

To fulfill API requests, your prompts and messages are sent to the selected AI providers. These may include:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google (Gemini)

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing their policies if you have concerns about how your data is processed.

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Our Service is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
